Elevate Oregon student De’Ontria (Tria) McFerson was invited to attend President Obama’s inauguration! She was picked by U.S. Congressman Earl Blumenauer as a thank you for her hard work as an intern at the commissioners office. The senior had never been to D.C. so it was a double bonus because she got to see a new city and to enjoy an amazing moment in history.
